Do a variety of activities you enjoy
There is a variety of

rules for exercise like buy equipment or must go to a gym. You can enjoy the
workout with activities that you like.

Exercise first thing in the morning
Get up early in the morning

Commit to another person
The social aspect of work

aware of all the indicators of progress
It feels nice when your
